For customers with larger jobs who do not have a landscape architect, Milberger’s offers design build services were we design and oversee the installation of your landscape. The process begins with one of our designers meeting on site to discuss desired work. A follow up meeting is scheduled at our nursery or back on site to review an itemized proposal. Once proposal is accepted your job is scheduled. Your designer oversees installation to insure your new landscaping is being implemented as you’ve envisioned. Once job is complete a walk thru is scheduled to answer any questions and discuss maintenance and watering guidelines. Design Fees are $100 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
