Backyard Basics EXPO is being presented by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service on August 3 from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at the San Antonio Garden Center, 3310 N. New Braunfels Ave., San Antonio, TX 78209.
This year’s EXPO will include seminars on Water Gardening, Pollinator Gardening, Veggie Gardening, Salsa Gardening and Salsa Making, Jerky Making, Backyard Chickens, Fruit Trees, Buy the Whole Cow – Cuts of Meat, and Composting. Registration Fees are Adults & children 10+ years old, $20; $25 after Aug 1, and Children, 10 & under, Free.
